Rivers and Floodplains
We look for waterbuck along rivers, lake shores and green floodplains, stalking through the reeds and riverine bush where the bulls feed and rest.
Judging a Bull
A mature bull has thick, deeply ridged horns with a forward curve near the tips, and a heavy neck. The white ring on the rump makes the species easy to recognise.
